A CASE OF WARTS ON FACE

What are warts?

Warts are dry rough ‘growths’ on the skin. Virus causes them.

Treatment offered by allopathic system of medicine

The only treatment offered by it is removal of the warts by cautery i.e. ‘burning’ them or by curettage.

This is a case of a 38 years old man (movie director and editor by profession). In Oct. 2000 he noticed small ‘growths’ (warts) on face and over the period of next few months these WARTS kept increasing in number as well as in size. Very strikingly they were only on his face. As one can see in the photograph these warts had ‘horny’ appearance and they were multiple.

His profession required him to meet so many people and being quite a well-known person in his profession in his language these warts became ‘talk o f the town’. He was forced to grow beard.

As in any other case after thoroughly understanding him in his mind and body i.e. understanding him as an individual his homoeopathic treatment was started. By April 2001 all warts fell off. (As seen in the photographs below)

Also he is improving very well on all parameters:

His energy level is very good.

Sinusitis with offensive, yellow nasal discharge is much better.

His cervical spondilitis (pain in neck coming in front to left chest and arm) has disappeared.

MYTH

There is a general misbelief that warts fall off by tying a horse’s hair (!!) or that applying lime removes the wart. It is totally wrong and can cause infection and pus formation.

CAUTION:

The only ‘correct’ and ‘curative’ way of removing warts in homoeopathy is by internal medication. There are NO LOCAL APPLICATIONS or LOTIONS in homoeopathy. It is wrong to apply ‘Thuja’ ointment or mother tincture upon the warts as written in articles in newspapers. This leads to the suppression of warts. Ointments and external applications that are available in the market are purely on commercial basis and are not homoeopathic. Use of such mixtures and tinctures as external application can prove injurious to health.
