is formed with the purpose of providing an infrastructure for a 'Clinic' as
well as a complete base for 'Training' doctors and interns in
'Classical Homoeopathy'. |

THE CLINIC At the clinic the patients are treated homoeopathically by Dr. Prasad S. Shetye and Dr. Falguni K. Khariwala both sincerely dedicated to classical homoeopathy since the last 14 years.
The 'Centre' follows a protocol when treating the various patients that flock to it to find relief for their sufferings. Dr. Hahnemann's observations as regards the directional rules of cure are conscientiously adhered to. Being pure Hahnemannians in conducting and re - searching, these rules in their order of hierarchy are ... "1) Cure always takes place in the reverse order of appearance of symptoms 2) from greater important organs to lesser important organs, 3) from within outwards, and 4) from above downwards." These are rules and though they have resemblance to the Hering's law (which we feel is a misnomer) they don't constitute a law. These rules have helped us in the management of patients as they guide us as regards the direction and progress towards healing. Note: Recently we have found various confirmations of these beautiful observation of Dr. Hahnemann (and later reported as Dr. Hering's law which is still a mystery to us) by various scientist who have done or are doing research in their respective fields and for the readers to gain more insight they can refer to their respective works. We no where claim that these are our theories but only assert that we have been benefited by these observations and would like all those who are interested in the advancement of scientific homoeopathy to avail of these observations. Also strict adherence is paid to the Psycho, Neuro, Endocrino and Immulogical axis (P.N.E.I. Axis ) of the patients. This term Psychoimmunology was used by George Solomon who was certain that every disease involves a state of mind (Psycho) and the immune system (Immunology). Ader took Solomon's term Psychoimmunology and inserted Neuro into the middle of it, to give credit to the role of the central nervous system in the disease process resulting in the term 'Psychoneuroimmunology' ( P.N.I. for short). As we go through the details of the harmonious functioning of the human body the importance of the endocrine functions come to ones notice ... there fore the new term Psycho, Neuro, Endocrino and Immulogical axis (P.N.E.I. Axis ). We also follow a further simplification of this through the understanding of embryological aspect of disease. Form the many evidences of an orderly, predictable pattern in physical development in both prenatal and postnatal life, have come two laws of the directional sequence of development: 1. The cephalocaudal law and 2. The proximodistal law. According to the cephalocaudal law the development spreads over the body from head to foot. This means that improvement in structure and function come first in the head region, then in the trunk, and last in the leg region. According to the proximodistal law, development proceeds from near to far - outward from central axis of the body toward the extremities. In the foetus the head and trunk are fairly well developed before the rudimentary limb buds appear. Gradually the arm buds lengthen and develop into hands and fingers. Functionally babies can use their arms before their hands and can use their hands as a unit before they can control the movements of the fingers.
The laws of developmental direction ( adopted from E. L. Vincent and P.C. Martin: human psychological development. Ronald, 1961) ... Child Development Elizabeth B. Hurlock So also, organs relate to the mind in a very special way and this is also another axis of our research... i.e. to re - search this and understand this relationship between the mind and different organ pathologies. Approach to the patient: 'Individualization' is the base on which homoeopathy stands and this is achieved by studying the characteristics of the patient. As 'Individualization' is the basis on which homoeopathic prescription is based and for this purpose the Centre has two approaches 1. For local patients and 2. Through a 'Case Record Form' for patients from 'out of station' and 'abroad'. 1. For 'local'
patients: 2. For patients
'Out of Station' and those 'not residing in India': A regular follow-up by the patient is essential for thorough evaluation and analysis of progress and accordingly the further course of treatment is suggested. Our sole aim and purpose in offering this treatment is to cure in a holistic way on comprehensible principles.

THE CENTER
|
|
The 'Center' is equipped with a
huge Library
.The books essentially are those related to homoeopathy with sections
dedicated to Materia-Medica , Philosophy, Old Journals
and a Miscellaneous section with books that are allied to
homoeopathic practice. Nearly every book in homoeopathic literature is
available for reference to our students and doctors
attending our 'Training
Program'
at the 'Center'.

|
|
The first 'Training Program' was held from July 2000 to September 2000. The participants left enriched as the program unfurled over 3 months and covered every 'Essential' aspect of Classical Homoeopathic practice. Now the 'Centre' has a schedule for yearly 'Training Programs' for doctors and interns in India and abroad. In
their 'Epilogues' about
our 'Training Program' you can read and know of
their views and opinions about the '
