The consulting charges of Rs. 1000/- One Thousand only (first time only) plus the medicinal charges for 12 weeks medicine with postage are to be paid while requesting for treatment i.e. total Rs.6000/- or  9600/- (Six thousand or ten thousand eight hundred only.)

The payment should be made by Demand Draft only, drawn in favor of CHRC  payable in Mumbai. 

Once your payment is received a 'Personalised Case - Record Form' with your name and case record number (for security reasons) will be posted to you.  All you have to do is fill in this form in detail and send it via post or courier  to our 'Centre' at the following address:

It is important to keep regular follow-up for faster recovery. You have all the facilities to get in touch with Doctors … via e-mail, fax, or you can call up at the clinic between 6pm and 8pm on week days and between 11am and 1pm on Sunday. 

Maximum 12 weeks medicine will be given at a time. The medicinal charges are Rs. 400 per week or Rs. 800 per week. 

You have to pay for the medicine and postage/handling in advance while requesting for medicine.
